职责描述：
Inventory Management -Accuracy control
•Control Digital DC inventory from both system and physical goods perspective and ensure alignment between WMS & SAP
•Monitor all inventory transactions between WMS/SAP and identify the root cause of imbalance as well as abnormal imbalance.
Inventory Management -Digital launch support
•Monitor inventory and QC status according to product launch plan.
•Coordinate with launch team and other cross function team to support launch campaign for inventory readiness.
•Timely and accurately follow high-heat products safety inventory setting request and ensure launch system inventory balance with WMS.
•Monitor digital sample delivery and GWP process with appropriate process to fulfill business requirement.
Inventory Management – Consumer moment
•Monitor digital overall inventory status and storage utilization situation.
•Coordinate with cross function team for operation count arrangement to ensure inventory accuracy and well-fulfill order delivery.
Inventory Management – Quality control and audit   
•Coordinate with Nike brand integrity team and DC team to fulfill all quality related & rework request
•Work with Nike MPO and DC operation team to fulfill consumer quality related request.
Inventory Management – Inventory’s healthy and visibility   
•Provide all kinds of inventory tracking reports with rational analysis to Nike internal departments to support business needs. Take initiative to create inventory reports for various purposes once needed.
•Coordinate with launch and cross function team to track and keep healthy inventory status.
•Regular liquidation for defective products.

3PL management
•Manage 3PL’s inventory performance per KPI performance and inventory governance.
•Build inventory governance and take regular audit for daily operation.

DC Operations
•Understand DC process and company policy well, make sure DC process in compliance with policy.
•Keep good working relationships with external partners, on-site monitor DC operation process if needed.

任职要求：
1.2 years of working experience in DC operation, and inventory management skills is preferred.
2.Technical: Understand key distribution center operational functions process and familiar with WMS (warehouse management system) /SAP applications. Quick learning capability; strong logic/data analytical skills;
3.Good English level.
4.Communication/Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin
5.Other: Proficient in Excel/PPT software with strong knowledge of analysis tools skill.
