1. Independent execution of capacity planning, implementation of advance quality planning at the inquiry   
        phase as well as monitoring of quality milestones in the realization phase in close coordination with
        the project team from the central functions and plants (incl. feasibility analysis)
2. Independent compilation and coordination of all PPAP/PPA related documents for initial sampling to
        the customer (incl. components and semi-finished products)
3. Moderation and execution of process FMEAs with the Software APIS IQ-RM
4. Preparation of control plans and inspection plans out of the FMEAs   
5. Design and development of test fixtures, arrange construction, and monitor completion as well as   
        keeping costs within planned budget. (incl. measurement system analysis and gage descriptions)
6. Preparation and execution of Full-Run-Tests including documentation (internally or with customers)
7. Application and tracking of necessary AWEs request during the project phase of products
8. Planning and support of quality tasks during relocations at the plants
9. Maintaining and tracking of quality related change management tasks
Experienced knowledge about quality core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, VDA MLA, APQP, MSA)
- Knowledge about production technologies, especially injection molding
- Knowledge about statistical process controls (CmK, PpK, CpK)
- Knowledge about technical drawings especially form and positional tolerances
- Basic knowledge 3D measurement technology
- Experienced skills in MS office applications
- Knowledge in SAP, APIS IQ-RM Software, Q-Das are preferred
