职责
Responsibilities
1.按照作业指导书对产品进行 CMM测量，填写测量记录。
Measure products by using CMM according to the working instruction and fill in measurement records.
2.分析测量数据，发现问题及时向上级报告，并提出解决方案。
Analyze measurement data and if find problem he or she should report it to the superior immediately and put forward solution.
3. 整理测量原始记录，并存档。
Tidy up the original measurement records and archive them.
4. 生产现场审核和产品的巡捡，并做好记录。
Be in charge of on-the-spot audit and products checking by tour, and making good records.
5. 负责日常维护、保养检测设备。
Be responsible for daily measurement equipments’ maintenance.
6. 其它未列测量任务，和上级交待的其它工作。
Be responsible for other measuring tasks not listed above and other tasks assigned by the superior.
7. 本区域内 5S工作。
Conduct 5S in the working area.

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求    knowledge and skills
★能够熟练使用 CMM和其它通用量具测量产品。
Be proficient in using CMM and other ordinary gauges to measure products.
★熟悉工程图纸。
Be familiar with engineering drawings.
★能够熟练使用 Office软件。
Be proficient in using Office software.
◆具备 ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001的基本知识。有内审员证书更佳。
Have basic knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001, and it’s better to have qualification of internal auditor.
