1.Provide proper responses on all technical requests related to PORT Technology from Field Operation, Sales Force, Marketing etc.；
针对来自现场、销售、市场同事对于PORT技术所有的技术征询提供及时、准确的反馈；
2. Provide technical trainings to KPM’s, Installation supervisors, commissioning and trouble shooting engineers, maintenance engineers and customers；
向迅达KPM、安装监督、调试工程师、TFS工程师、EI维修工程师以及客户提供相关技术培训；
3.Maintain the training contents of all PORT Technology trainings;
维护、更新所有PORT技术的培训资料；
4.Perform detailed design (drawing, cabling, devices) of a PORT project in order stage；
对PORT项目在订单阶段提供具体的方案支持（PORT系统布局图纸设计，接线图，PORT设备布局等等）；
5. Provide support on jobsite in regards of installation and commissioning of PORT projects；
对PORT项目提供现场安装、调试技术支持；
6.Design and implement special solutions into PORT projects
对PORT项目提供特殊方案的设计以及实施应用；
7. Provide support to our Sales&Marketing department；
对TMCC销售市场部提供相关技术支持；
8.Provide support to our Building and Traffic Management department；
对TMCC楼宇交通管理部提供相关技术支持；
9.Support the sales force in joining technical meetings with customers；
在项目销售阶段参与与客户的技术澄清会议；
10.Resolve technical/Quality issues in collaboration with TMG Switzerland；
协助瑞士TMG同事解决PORT技术或质量问题；
11. Maintain the PORT Project Database；
维护、更新PORT项目数据库信息；
12.Support the introduction of new products into the market；
协助对中国市场PORT新产品的导入工作；

1. Fair oral English and good at reading and writing;
有一定的英语口语能力，并能熟练地读写；
2.Very good computer skills;
能熟练使用计算机以及相关工作软件;
3.Elevator controller knowledge is an asset;
电梯控制柜知识熟悉者优先;
4.Basic network know-how;
基本掌握网络应用技术;
5. Willing to travel within China;
能够接受应工作安排不定期的国内出差；
