工作描述:
Key Responsibilities主要工作职责:
- Support HR system management on information input and update, include but not limited to Success Factors (SF), SAP, and so on
支持HR系统的数据输入和更改,包括但不限于SF,SAP等系统
- Support on employee master data quality check, ensure the data accuracy and provide related analysis report as request
支持员工数据质量检查,确保数据的准确性并提供相应的分析报告
- Responsible for employee contract management and ensure the contract renew in time and accuracy
负责员工的合同管理以确保合同续签的及时性和准确性
- Support HR operation process, such as on-boarding, transfer, data change, off boarding, filing etc.
支持HR的日常运作流程,比如入职,转岗,数据变更,离职,归档等
- Take over some HR projects, such as HR orientation program, SIGN enhancement, Top Talent Retention Program, Hukou and other projects
负责承接部分HR项目,比如入职培训指导,SIGN系统的强化,关键人才保留项目,户口以及其他的一些项目等
- Follow SOP to support HRSSC daily tasks and other works assigned by leader
按照SOP处理人力资源共享服务中心的日常工作以及领导安排的其他工作

Critical Ability, Skill and Knowledge关键能力、技能和知识:
- Self-motivated & Quick learner, Detailed oriented & Patient; 积极主动,学习能力强,工作细致耐心
- Good communication skills; 良好的沟通能力
- With experience with Success Factors(SF) and SAP is preferred; 有SF和SAP使用经验者优先
- Good MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PPT) ; 熟练使用办公软件,精通Excel者优先
- Solid language skill in both Chinese and English; 中英文读写流利
