工作描述:
1)Planning and implementation of Manufacturing Process ,technology and equipment /fixture制造工艺,技术,设备和工装的规划和实施
Provide proposal for acquisition based on product structure, manufacturing process and capacity
根据产品结构,工艺和产能支持报价
Investment budget Preparation and monitor investment implementation
投资预算的准备,确定以及投资的监控
Ensures, supports and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant
确保、支持和发展工厂的生产产能, 控制并审查工厂内对生产最佳实践和标准的适应情况
Lead activities of research ,Planning, manufacturing, installation ,debug and acceptance of new assy. Line and new equipment领导新生产线新设备的研究,规划,制造,安装调试和验收工作
2)To implement and improve standardization automation flexibility intelligentialization and digitization标准化自动化柔性化智能化和数字化的实施和改善
3)Manufacturing Process Planning Develop and Improve制造工艺开发和改善
Develop new manufacturing process and improve current manufacturing process(ie, US welding.HF welding,sewing,Assy. Test.Etc)
开发新的生产工艺和改善现有制造工艺 (如超声波焊接,高频焊,缝纫,装配,测试等)
4)Process & Tools Improvement 流程&工具创造/ 改进
Cooperates with Kaizen team for further development of Advanced Manufacturing tools and processes
与改善团队合作,进一步开发先期生产工具和流程
Improves the plant and process layout for new and existing products ( S )
对新产品和现有产品的工厂和流程进行改善
Provides cost analysis of product and process alternatives to achieve cost savings ( S )
为可替代的产品和流程进行成本分析,以降低成本。
Improves process specifications and recommendations regarding ergonomic, support continuous improvement activity in plants (KAIZEN) to improve quality and improve efficiency and reduce downtime ( S )
改进与人机学相关的流程规格,提供建议,根据生产工程质量的目标,推动在工厂实施持续改进流程(持续改善)
5)Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improves Manufacturing Engineering’s competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,提高制造工程部部门的竞争力和客户满意度
6)People Development员工发展
Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented
