岗位概要
协助经理做好公司内部协调及培训工作,建立一个高效、互助、和谐、有凝聚力的团队。协助经理处理新客户的要求,协调客户诉求。
Assist Manager in internal coordination and training and the construction of a team with efficiency, cooperation, harmony and cohesion.

● 协助经理修订、落实公司各项制度。
Assist Manager in the revision and implementation of company policies.
● 协助经理参与公司人才梯队的培养、建设。
Assist Manager in the construction of talent echelon.
● 协助经理对公司运作与各部门进行管理。
Assist Manager in company operation and management of all teams.
● 协助经理做好员工各项培训开发工作。

● 协助经理处理公司与新客户的前期关系维护,建立良好持续的合作模式。

任职资格
● 教育背景/Education Background
本科以上学历,英语、工商管理类专业优先
Bachelor degree or above. English Major or Business Administration Major is preferred.
● 工作经验/Work Experience
5年以上管理工作经验
More than 5 years management experience.
● 专业技能/Professional Skills
英语水平≥CET-6或相当,口语沟通流利,熟练使用办公软件
English level must be at least equivalent to CET-6. Fluent in English oral communication and familiarized with office software.
● 素质要求/Required Qualities
具有亲和力、责任感、全局观,能承受较大工作压力,具备乐观、积极、赋予创新的性格特征;较好的危机处理能力及公关处理能力
Affinity, sense of responsibility, overall outlook, can withstand greater work pressure, with optimistic, positive and innovative personality characteristics; better crisis handling ability and public relations handling ability.
