岗位概要：
计划、分配、协调、安排、统筹本组工作。全面负责小组运转的各项事项，保证其产出及质量达到客户要求，与客户保持良好的沟通合作关系。
Map out, distribute, coordinate, arrange and overall plan the work of a team. Be responsible for all team-related affairs to ensure the output and quality meet clients’ requirements. Keep good communication and cooperation relationship with clients.

工作内容：
● 负责组内各项工作安排、协调，指导下属完成各项工作。
Be responsible for arrangement and coordination of the team. Lead the team to complete their works.
● 负责组内成员培训工作，协调工作岗位轮换和交叉培训。
Be responsible for the training of team members. Coordinate job rotation and cross-training.
● 负责组内成员绩效考核，帮助下属提高工作效率，提高职业素养及工作能力。
Be responsible for team members’ performance assessment. Help subordinates improve their efficiency, professional quality and work ability.
● 负责组内人才梯队的搭建，培养优秀人才。
Be responsible for talent echelon construction and the cultivation of talents in the team.
● 负责组内Task目录整理、编写。
Be responsible for the organization and compilation of task manuals.
● 定期提交分析报表，并提供书面或口头报告。
Periodically submit analysis report and file a written or oral report.
● 定期参加客户会议，及时处理客户投诉问题。
Attend meetings with client periodically and deal with client complaints in a timely manner.
● 建立明确的团队目标并且不断改善团队。
Set clear team goals and improve the team.

任职资格:
● 教育背景/Education Background
大专及以上，英语或管理专业优先考虑
College Degree or above. English Major or Administration Major is preferred.
● 工作经验/Work Experience
5年以上工作经验
More than 5 years working experience.
● 专业技能/Professional Skills
英语水平≥CET-6或相当，较好的口语交流能力，熟练使用办公软件
English level must be at least equivalent to CET-6 and have good oral and reading ability. Familiarized with office software.
● 素质要求/Required Qualities
具有责任感、领导力、全局观，抗压性较好，有团队或项目管理工作经验，优秀的沟通协调能力
Have a great sense of responsibility, great leadership, the ability of big-picture thinking and the ability of withstanding work pressure. Have experience in team management or project management and excellent communication skills.
