Main Responsibilities:
1.Lead the prototype build and on time delivery.
2.Process routing and layout design of production.
3.Assembly fixture or tooling design.
4.Production issue troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
5.Work closely with US team to fully support on the new business development.
6.Continuously improve the productivity and efficiency.
Requirement:
1.Above 8 years’ experience on automotive industry.
2.Fluent spoken English.
3.Skilled in AutoCAD or any 3D modelling software.
4.Familiar with PPAP/APQP.
5.Familiar with laser welding, laser cutting and automation.
6.Good Knowledge of problem solving and quality improvement (8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.).
7.FPC（Flexible Printed Circuit）experience is highly appreciated.
