Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development:
› Support HoBD with APAC's Business Development strategies
› Promote APAC's regional and outbound business opportunities
› Help intersect Foreign Direct Investments into APAC as well as outward investment into other macro regions (EMEA and Americas)
› Assist in approaching and maintaining relations with new/ existing public and private intermediaries and business partners, potential and existing clients, with a focus on large Multinational companies.
› Coordinate the implementation of BD campaigns in different macro regions
› Act as a representative of ECOVIS International at webinars and in-person business and community events
› Help expand ECOVIS International’s client base and represent
the firm locally and internationally as needed
2. Project Management:
› Help coordinate offers to existing and/or potential clients independently or as a team; dedicate efforts to understand client needs; help advise on strategic business, operational, legal, tax, and accounting, payroll and IT issues affecting their business plans
› Help prepare and coordinate multiple jurisdictional Request for Proposals, subsequent following up with potential clients, and conclude agreements for the provision of services
› Assist in bridging communications between clients and Ecovis partners when coordinating multiple ju-risdictional projects; Act as a project leader on cross departmental and/or multi- country projects
› Assist with background check of potential clients/prospects and meetings/calls/presentation preparation
› Assist in providing business advisory (including legal, tax, accounting, human resource regulations) to foreign clients investing in one of the countries in the Americas region
› Work together with Ecovis colleagues around the globe.
3. Public Relations, Marketing and Communications:
› Assist in writing articles and delivering presentations to foreign investors and companies on investing in APAC region, inde- pendently or as a team
› Promote Ecovis services and increase the organization's exposure internationally
› Help with identifying and providing content to internal and external media
› Coordinate APAC BD monthly calls, etc.
› Develop new services together with other team members
Skills and Experience Required:
› Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in relation to at least one of the following business areas:
- Foreign Direct Investment
- Business Advisory and consulting industry
- Accounting, tax, audit or legal services
- Business Development
- B to B service sales
› Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification(s) in one of the following areas: Law, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Journalism, International Relations, Political Science or similar
› Full professional proficiency in English; Additional APAC prominent languages such as Mandarin Chi-nese, Hindi, Malay, Japanese and similar will be considered a plus.
› Ability to quickly establish and build trusted relationships with clients, including comfortably engaging C-levels
› Ability to communicate technical and business concepts
