Position Summary:
Lead productivity improvement and support sites service and quality upgrade to achieve gross margin goal.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead productivity improvement
-Standardize    and    timely    update    productivity    benchmark    of    different    position    by    using    effective management tools.
-Standardize and timely update same position responsibility within sites.
-Drive and supervise process optimization by using Lean Systems as the principal tool. -Achieve progress change by digitalization and automation.
-Support efficient company digital deployment in sites. -Establish visualize performance dashboard.
* Support Service and quality upgrade
* Contribute to cost saving event
* Delivery OE culture into company training system
-Lean training to sites including principle and specific tools. -Assist to establishing company training system.
* Best practice sharing between different team

Skills & Requirements:
- Solid experience in Lean production.
- Strong data analysis capability.
- Project leadership and aggressive on objectives.
- Proficiency in office software, Word, Excel, PPT, etc;
- Solid experience in VBA/VB/C/PHP/JS is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HL testing is preferred.
- Strong time management, communications and influencing skills.
- Good presentation skill.
- Adaptable to different cultures.
- Energetic and willing to work overtime.
- Proactive and flexible, willingness to travel extensively.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or above in engineering or related majors.
- 5+ years of working experience in OE related.
- Good command of both spoken and written English
