1. Organize and drive the plant lean improvement workshop , analyze the IE, logistics ,production status in operation department, find issues , push improvement , eliminate waste , reduce cost .
组织并推动工厂精益改进研讨会，分析运营部门在IE、物流、生产等方面的现状，寻找问题点，推动改进，消除浪费，降低成本。
2. Manage yearly plant cost saving activities. Set the cost saving target for each department. Work with controlling to review the cost saving project result and calculate saving
管理工厂年度成本改善活动，制定各部门年度成本节约目标，联合财务部门对成本节约项目结果进行检查评审并计算收益。.
3. Manage plant idea management system ，encourage the employees to submit the ideas .Check the effectiveness of the ideas implementation and reward.   
管理工厂合理化建议体系，鼓励工厂各部门员工积极提出合理化建议 ，检查合理化建议实施及奖励的有效性。
4. Manage the plant LPA system , assign the LPA plan to each department , monitor the LPA realization and findings rectification progress.
管理工厂过程分层审核体系，为各部门安排过程分层审核计划，监控审核计划执行及发现问题整改进度。
5. Create and implement the shopfloor visualization standard
制定并推行车间目视化标准
6. 5S audit to each department regularly
定期对各部门进行5S检查
7. Support lean manager to improve the lean culture in plant
协助精益经理提高工厂精益文化
8. Maintain database of lean related system , like DPC , Fokus
维护精益生产相关系统基础数据，例如DPC、Fokus
9. Implement the other tasks from manager.
完成经理安排的其他工作。
