Using 6 sigma tools to analyze and solve problems according to procedure

任职资格：

机械类本科或以上学历

Mechanical engineering bachelor degree or above

5年以上新产品,新技术开发工作经验,有一定的项目管理经验

Over 5 years experirence in new product & new technology development, have certain project management experience

技能要求：

1具备良好的新技术研究,新产品开发,6 sigma绿带的知识和经验

Good knowledge and experience in technology research and new product development as well as 6 sigma GB

2.熟悉新产品开发流程和ISO9001/TS16949

Familiar with R&D procedure, ISO9001/TS16949

3.熟悉齿轮传动的设计,包括相关设计计算，选型，测量与测试.尤其在塑料齿轮传动领域

Familiar with gear transmission design, including design, selection, measurement and testing. in particular on plastic gear transmission

4.具有良好的塑料,金属,陶瓷等材料及加工工艺知识和经验,尤其在精密注塑零件的设计,模具和成型工艺领域

Good knowledge and experience on plastic, metal, ceramic materials and process , especially in precision injection molded part design, mold and molding area

5.熟练使用设计绘图软件和有限元分析软件,如AutoCAD,ProE,CATIA,Kissoft, ANSYS等

Proficient in using drawing software and FEA software, such as AutoCAD, ProE, CATIA, Kissoft, ANSYS, etc.

6.熟练使用Microsoft office software

Familar with Microsoft Office software

7.有较强的创造力和问题解决能力
