工作描述：
1. 为新项目报价提供准确的包装及运输数据，与主要客户密切合作，促进商务发展。
Be responsible and provide accurate data for new project packing and freight cost quotations. Working closely with KAs for business development.
2. 为新产品/现有产品提供打样费报价或更新打样费用。
Help with quoting/updating sampling cost, incl. new/existing products.
3. 根据原料实际采购价更新销售季度价格，并且录入Alpla-basis与金蝶系统。
Update sales price by quarterly, base on raw material actual purchase price for every three months, input and update sales price in Alpla-basis and Kingdee systems.
4. 销售周报和月报的制作，包含实际出货、周/月销售额、下月预测量等等，并且完成其他相关报表及数据更新。
Compile weekly and monthly sales report which includes actual delivery quantity weekly/monthly turnover, forecast accuracy etc., and finish other relative reports.
5. 收集季度客户满意度得分，找出低分项主要原因，跟进改善行动方案，与其他部门相互协作，提高客户满意率。
Collecting quarterly customer satisfaction questionnaire scores, find out low scores’ root cause and track action plan, cooperate with other departments to achieve the target rate.
6. 维系与现有及潜在客户间的交流沟通，为客户提供支持及售后服务。
Be responsible for daily contact and communication with existing and potential customers. Provides help and support for the customers. Complete after-sale service.
7. 客户来访及电话访问的接待工作。
Be responsible for customer visit reception and telephone visit job.
8. 协助各部门建立良好的信息沟通渠道。
Assist each related department to set up good information communication channel.
9. 协助客服经理完成和跟进销售工作。
Aid Customer Service manager to finish sales tasks and help execute and assignments track.
10. 其他上级分配的行政工作。
Finish other administrative or operational tasks assigned by the superior.

3. 熟悉办公软件（PPT, excel, word）
Familiarity with office software(PPT,excel,word)
资质/技能（Qualifications/Skills）:
1. 积极主动，可靠性，保密原则
Initiative, reliability, maintaining confidentiality
2. 能够独立工作，具有一定的抗压性
Ability to work independently and under pressure
3. 良好的中英文读写能力
Good at written and spoken Mandarin and English
