Tasks and Responsibilities：
1. Documents , fixture and tools preparation       
1.1    Define production flow and updating when process changed.       
1.2    Lead PFMEA preparation , define and monitor key process parameter.       
1.3    Prepare process working instruction , releasing and updating.       
1.4    Cooperate with supplier to design and optimize the process fixtures.   
2. Quality improvement with 6sigma knowledge       
2.1    Cooperate with facility engineer to improve SMD OEE.       
2.2    Optimize stencil opening to continue to improve SMD printing.       
2.3    Optimize reflow profile to continue to improve reflow soldering quality.       
2.4    Analyze ICT FPT/FPY daily performance to improve soldering quality.   
3. New project introduction (new product or new process)       
3.1    Work with PjM and R&D to study the new project , prepare related documents.       
3.2    Prepare sample production plan , Lead the sample production , assign tasks to members of Cross-functional team and track the progress.       
3.3    Schedule weekly review the trial run issue list, push all the responsible person to close the issue.       
3.4    Prepare trial run lesson learn , share the information with Engineering, R&D and related department.   
4. Change request implement       
4.1    Monitor and control process as well as process discipline surveillance audits.       
4.2    Schedule weekly meeting to review implement status.       
5. Training       
5.1    Train operator with work instruction and qualify the actual operating.       
5.2    Train technician with process knowledge and qualify their process issue trouble shooting.   
6. Lean       
6.1    Support production    to do time study , productivity and efficiency improvement through cycle time reduction and process optimization.           
6.2    Lean manufacturing proposal and deployment.       
6.3    Layout design proposal and production flow optimization.   
7. To finish the task assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree, major in Electronics or Mechatronics, or related engineering
2. Above 5 years-experience of process improvement and trouble-shooting in PCBA manufacturing .
3. Working knowledge of PC application including CAD , Microsoft project and windows.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin ,good command in English (writing & reading ) is required.
5. Strong analysis ,planning & presentation skills
6. Strong ability to work under pressure.
7. Familiar with 7 QC tooling,    6sigma GB qualification is plus.
8. Team work spirit.
