工作描述：
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting on production equipment, work with Production to ensure all the machine with low breakdown rate针对生产设备各类故障，梳理分析并提供有效的解决方案，负责协调组织与生产一起研讨，制定有效的措施并跟踪执行，努力降低设备故障率
• Equipment failure analysis by 5 WHY tools, writing training document and implement improvement
日常设备故障5WHY分析，制定可靠的预防措施，编写内部培训文档进行培训和实施改进
• Tack and optimize the key performance of the department to achieve the target: downtime, MTBF, maintenance cost, etc.
对部门关键绩效进行跟踪和不断优化，确保达成目标:停机率，MTBF，维修费用等
• Responsible for new equipment installation & setup & upgrade.
负责新设备的安装和调试及改造升级。
• Check all tasks have been followed and closed on time
跟踪检查每日维修日常工作，及时关闭工单

对设备的大修工作进行协调负责

推进部门内部的持续改进工作，日常维修过程中的安全监督
