1)Responsible for production shift management in order to guarantee products deliveries in terms of cost, quality and lead-time to customer.

3)Inspect ‘5S’ status of every area, grade, summarize, assist factory manager on improvement actions.

4)Monitor discipline performance of shop floor.

5)Supervise safety issues in shop floor.
负责生产线安全事项。
6)Summarize, analyze and take improvement actions on productivity on daily base.
注重对生产力进行总结，分析，改进。
7)Supervise new employee development in safety, quality, and efficiency areas.
负责指导员工安全，质量，工作效率等方面的改进。
8)Coordinate material, equipment, manpower and quality related to meet production schedule requirement.
协调原材料，设备，人力及质量等满足生产要求。

1)Diploma education above or same level, prefer to major in Engineering/Mechanical;
大专以上学历或同等水平，工程或机械相关专业优先。
2)5+ years’ related experience in production management；
5年以上相关生产管理经验。
3)Experience in auto component (especially in roof system) industry is a plus;
汽车或零部件(特别是天窗系统)行业经验优先。
4)Computer software skill, excellent in excel and data analysis;
熟练电脑，尤其用Excel进行数据分析。
5)Strong sense of responsibility, result oriented, a team play with strong interpersonal and communication skill. Mature with professional attitude and able to work under pressure;
