Equipment Engineer (Electronics Business Unit)
Report to: Process Engineering Supervisor

Tasks:
1. Standardizing the machine operations with work instruction
2. Train the user to correctly operate the machine
3. Making and implementing the preventive maintenance plan
4. Managing the spare parts and consumption parts of the machine
5. Introducing the new machine/technology into production
6. Managing the installation and move of equipment
7. Conducting the technician to solve the machine problem to control the downtime
8. Working with other functions to improve machine capability according to lean concept
9. Designing fixtures and tools for production 10.Trouble shooting for equipment

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronic or Mechatronics
2. More than 5-years work experience in manufacturing of PCBA
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
4. Strong quantitative and analytical capability
5. Good team work spirit 6. Familiar with SMT,Wave soldering,Odd shape insertion ...etc
