工作职责：
熟悉车间的日常管理流程，对于异常情况的处理和反馈流程熟悉
Familiar with the daily management of production team. Able to handle the abnormality and escalation.
熟悉根据生产计划，合理安排人员，减少人员浪费
Familiar with the planning. Arrange the manpower properly to reduce the waste.
对车间班组的安全，质量，交付，效率进行管理
Be responsible for the safety, quality, delivery and efficiency of the team.
能够主导班组级的改善
Able to lead the Kaizen in team.
车间现场的5S，人员纪律管理，尤其是夜班，周末的管理
Manage the 5S and discipline, especially night shift and weekends.
新员工的培训，以及班组的离职率沟通管控
Coach the new operator and control the employee fluctuation of the team.
具备分析物料，人时，机时差异的能力
Able to analyze the difference between ***, material and machine.
主管交待的其它事宜
Other tasks arranged by supervisor.
