Develop new customer and create new opportunity on        existing customers with new technologies or processes.

Obtains new customer needs & market trends to        feedback to R&D / New Technology department;
            找出新客户祈望需求及市场趋势，并反馈给研发和新技术开发部；
Follow up quotation from RFQ till closing; Assist        superior to leading for any commercial contracts negotiation;
            跟进报价，从报价要求直至确认结束（授与/不授与）；协助上级主导各类型商务合约谈判;
Performs any public relation works and marketing        promotion works;
            执行各项公关工作与及市场推广工作；
Assist superior to prepare sales plans, strategies        and budgets;
            协助上级拟订销售计划、策略与预算；
Execute the agreed sales plans & strategies        according to approved budgets;
            按已核准的预算来执行销售计划及策略；
Other departmental works assigned by        superior
            由上级指派的各项部门工作；       


Qualification Requirements：
1.College graduated， preferred in engineering or polymer;Fluent in speaking and written Mandarin (Chinese);
Fluent in English is plus;
2.At least 4 years sales or business development experience;
With manufacturing experience in plastic injection molding & tooling is preferred;
