1. Build good relationship with customers
2. Work with customers to clarify customer requirements
3. Problem solving for customer complaints
4. Investigate and improve warranty claim to reduce quality cost
5. Involve in new project development and submit PPAP package to customer
6. Involve in Chang Management

1. Familiar with IATF16949, and problem solving process.
2. Familiar with quality tool, such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP，PPAP.
3. Strong team spirit and responsibility, accurate and detail orientated.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
