Responsibility:
1.对于设备停机和紧急进行维修,确保正常生产，有问题及时上报领导。

2. 负责生产线自动化设备的机械及电气维修，对于需要优化的问题点提出自己的建议。

3.负责生产线及生产设施日常维修保养，工装夹具的制作及优化
Responsible for regular maintenance of equipment and facility, machine tooling and fixture modification, responsible for TPM；
4.负责生产线模具，模芯的更换

5. 维修区域的5S，以及备品备件申请相关事项
Responsible for 5S of maintenance area and support for spare parts application related things.
6. 协助完成上级交代的其他工作

Requirements
1.了解电气、气动、机械相关知识
Familiar with electrics, pneumatic, mechanics related knowledge
2. 有电工证,能根据图纸独立排除电气故障；懂PLC编程及变频器、知道工作原理。
Have electrician certificate, can solve electrical trouble independently according to drawings; Familiar with PLC programming and frequency converter, know the working principle.
3.具有5年以上行业经验；汽车行业优先。
More than 5 years maintenance experience, Have Auto industry background is preferred.
4.能够适应倒班工作。
