Main Task 主要任务：
• Understand the relevant standards, create test reports, and provide application-related information.
理解相关标准，依据标准创建测试报告并提供应用相关信息。
• Independently finish standard application test of our testing instruments before delivery, control and maintain the standard application test process, suggest improvements.
独立完成出厂前测试设备的标准应用测试，对标准应用流程进行有效的控制，并持续改善。
• Application tests, pretest and customer demonstrations.
使用测试设备进行测试, 预测试及向客户演示设备。
• Make verification and validation tests of prototypes and new products.
对样机和新产品进行检验和验证测试。
• Closely coordinate and communicate with our sales and development department.
与销售以及研发团队紧密合作与交流。
• Support our development department regarding product improvements and innovations.
为研发部门的产品改进，创新以及新产品的开发提供支持。
• Support for test instrument calibration;
为设备校准提供支持。
• Other tasks offered by leader.
听从领导安排的其他工作。

Requirements 要求：
• Bachelor’s degree，Chemical-industry related education background, Polymer material science and engineer is a plus;
本科学历，化工相关专业教育背景，高分子材料与工程专业优先；
• Experience in material testing and testing instrument operation, with impact test or ZwickRoell instrument operation experience is a plus;
具备材料测试及测试设备使用经验，有塑料冲击测试经验者或者ZwickRoell设备操作经验者优先；
• Able to work independently and conscientiously;
能够独立认真的工作；
• English CET 4 or above, with good English reading and writing skills;
英语CET 4及以上，具备良好的英语读写能力；
• Good knowledge of MS Office
办公软件的熟练使用；
• Good problem sovling skills, communication skills and good team work skills
良好的问题处理能力，沟通能力和团队协作能力；
• Able to work under pressure.
能在压力下工作。
