工作描述:
Main aim of job:
1. Manage all related product/process quality issue after SOP.
2. Support customer team to deal with Project quality issues before SOP.
3. Adheres to Brose SHN & Brose Group Quality Policy.
4. Lead and participate continual improvement of related manufacture process.
Special duties and responsibilities:
1. Responsible contact for all customer quality issues for releated product group after SOP.
2. Make sure fast response to customer claims in respect of 8D handling to reach high customer satisfaction level.
3. Organize and moderate problem resolving process regarding customer claims and support improvement of internal quality issues.
4. Adhere to internal escalation process.
5. Collect, review and monitor customer/process quality data and KPI, incl. SAP routines.
6. Apply safe launch methods during project launch phase to secure quality performance of each project.
7. Maintain clear, prompt communication with internal interface, e.g. lab, supplier quality team to make sure efficient problem solving.
8.Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose which assigned by Diszipilinian.
Specialized knowledge and skills:
1. Good communication skill with internal and external.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods. e.g. APQP,PPAP,MSA,8D.
3. Basic knowledge of environmental law and environmental technology.
4. Be familiar with required product group.
