1.Participate annual supplier qualification and address findings with SDE   
2.Issue corrective action request to suppliers for any supplier material quality issues
3.Review the 8D report from suppliers and make sure supplier find the root cause and take corrective actions
4.Request all corrective actions evidence from suppliers for review and file
5.Conduct on site verification for supplier corrective action reports/actions
6.Conduct on site process audit and verify supplier control plan and process control ability
7.Claim from supplier if any issues cost by supplier
8.Prompt support production line quality issues
9.Closely work with cross- function teams for any supplier quality issue related
10.Specialized knowledge and skills
11.Good communication skill Be familiar with 8D, FTA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, CP, Flow chart, TS16949 etc VDA6.3 auditor certification.
