岗位职责:
1.Supervise the administration team including receptionist and clean lady under the leadership or in the absence of the Administration Manager. 在行政经理的领导下或行政经理不在时,管理行政团队,如前台、保洁等。
2.Assist line manager to develop and manage policies of the company to ensure a smooth administration operation. 协助行政经理完善和管理公司的政策,确保公司行政工作顺利进行。
3.Manage the vendors for shuttle bus, air tickets, hotel, catering services and laundry service etc to ensure such services in place and well function. 协助管理班车,机票,酒店,餐饮服务等供应商,确保供应商提供满意的服务。
4.Provide sufficient support to colleagues’ travelling including travel tickets, transfers, accommodation when required. 为公司同事的差旅提供有力的支持,包括机票预订,交通和住宿安排等。
5.Manage the reception area effectively including guest reception, courier’s reception and dispatch, locker and shoe cabinet distribution, name card printing, etc. 有效管理前台工作,包括客户接待,快递收发,更衣橱和鞋柜的发放,名片打印等。
6.Manage the laundry for company work uniforms to ensure availability and cleanliness at all times. 管理公司洗衣房,确保工作服始终洁净且供应充沛。
7.With Logistics keep and manage all the door keys and ensure they are renewed on time. 保管和维护公司钥匙。
8.Provide sufficient support to visitors including reception, accommodation and etc.为访客提供有力的支持,包括接待、住宿安排等。
9.Develop policy and manage the office and public area of the company including coffee & kitchen area, changing rooms, and etc. 完善公司政策,管理办公室及公共区域,包括咖啡区、更衣室等。
10.Co-operate with other department if required to accomplish relevant company target. 与其它部门团结协作,完成公司的相关指标。
11.Other administrative tasks or special projects assigned by the Admin Manager. 完成行政经理分配的其它工作。
12.Communicate with the relevant government officials effectively. 与相关政府官员有效沟通。
Implement group and site environmental and health and safety policies, objectives, and other related requirements of the ISO14001 environmental and OHSAS 18001 health and safety management systems. 实施集团及公司的环境健康安全政策,达成相关目标,满足ISO14001环境要求及OHSAS 18001环境及健康管理系统的相关要求。
要求:
1.Bachelor Degree or above; at least 2 years experience in administration management.
学士及以上学位,至少两年的行政管理经验
2.Familiar with administration routines and management.
熟悉行政事宜和行政管理
3.Fluent English, can communicate effectively with senior management of the company and the global team
