Role Purpose:
• Review and match invoices , Prepare GL vouchers positing MEC and related reporting

Accountabilities:
• Receive and match supplier invoices to Purchase Order and Receipt data in the accounting
system; Perform exception invoice processing, including Non-PO invoices, emergency payments
and other special requests, while maintaining appropriate documentation and adhering to
internal compliance requirement and local regulation

• Responsible for verifying, analyze, investigate and resolve payable invoice discrepancies and
deficiencies.

• Prepare monthly reconciliation for intercompany
准备公司内部的月度对账
• Ability to communicate with vendors and different internal departments to investigate and
resolve issues in a timely manner

• Prepare GL vouchers positing, recurring entry creation and maintenance, monthly closing /
year end closing and statistic report and management report per request

• Analysis the GL account balance/transaction, tracing the suspicious account by
monthly/quarterly/Annually base.

Professional qualifications required:
• Certificate of accounting professional &Accountant Primary Qualification Certificate is a must.
