You will be responsible to manage the IT support and ensure the sustainability of the IT Infrastructure while also supporting the IT department with the development and implementations of improvements all round.
• Support users with hardware and/or software issues.
• Maintenance of the IT infrastructure and its security.
• Support in the development of improvements for our ERP and CRM systems.
• Process and Data analysis for eventual creation of fitted solutions i.r.t. automation and efficiency improvement.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related majors.
• Fluent oral & writing in Mandarin.
• Advanced oral & writing English is required to communicate with international colleagues and partners.
• Familiarity with Microsoft’s hardware and Software. (O365, Server 2016, W10 etc.)
• Be familiar with either C+, DAX or Python.
• Be familiar with data management. (Relational databases)
Preferred Skills
• Sharp problem-solving, analytical and innovation skills.
• Be analytical with great attention to detail; ensuring consistent improvement in the quality of our output
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into simple language for business users.
• 1-2 years of experience working as IT technical support.
• Be familiar with Business Intelligence (PowerBI), ERP (Kingdee) and CRM (氚云)
• Know your way around the best practices of Network Security.

Notes:
Applicant will be required to work in our Shanghai offices at least once a week, travel is compensated. The applicant will also receive custom training and the opportunity to earn official Microsoft certificates.
