Scope:
• Commercial plant of Taicang Dettol project. 太仓工厂
Accountabilities:
• Responsible for    spare parts management in warehouse ,keep spare part number accurate & in good quality . 负责维修备件的管理，保证数量的准确，并保证备件保存质量
• Issue spare parts to technician according working order .sent the spare part to hand over point 按照工单发放备件，把备件转运到交接区域
• Close out the work order as required. 按照要求关闭工单
• Work as SAP key user, maintain SAP date. 维护SAP数据
• Date summery for maintenance department (KPI, Cost….. ). 对维修部部门的数据进行统计（KPI，费用….）.
• Keep the document in good condition (drawing, manual, QMS related document …) .文件管理（图纸，手册，QMS相关文件）



Skills & Experience required:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management. 3年以上仓库管理经验。

Professional qualifications required:

• Able to use computer & software (Excel, word … ) 能够熟练使用电脑及相关软件（Excel ,word….）。
• Able to maintain written records. 确保按公司或部门要求做的工作记录。
Personal Attributes:
• Responsible and willing to learn. Be able to adapt to shift work. 有责任感并积极学习，能适应倒班工作制。
• SAP work experience will be better. 最好具备SAP软件操作经验。
