Job Summary:
Cooperate with production manager for implementation, control and improvement of quality standard, focus on the zero defect and satisfy the customers’ demand.

Tasks:
• Responsible for Quality KPI: KPI deployment, tracking, deviation management, improve projects on PPM, Scrap rate, block & sorting.
• Daily production quality management: Review daily data, quality case, deviation, daily overview of quality situation. Attend daily shop floor management meeting to review, report, discuss quality performance, work on related actions and follow up.
• Quality data management: Responsible for collecting and analyzing quality related data, make the weekly, monthly quality report.
• Responsible for quality document, CP, FMEA, PPAP, GRR, inspection specification.
• Responsible for findings, analysis, solution and track of quality problems with professional tools
• Responsible for communication with customers and solve the related quality problems
• Responsible for support providing for internal and external about the quality issue • Responsible of change management, quality basics, launch containment.
• Audit production and to be audited by 3rd party.

Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or above in related major as quality
• Minimum 5 years related experience
• Be skilled on quality analysis tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP. ISO9000, VDA…6 sigma project experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of lean and use lean to improve related cases
• Ability of finding, analyzing and solving problems, be familiar with 8D report process
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP, PLM, Minitab. • Fluent English in speaking and writing.
