Job Objectives
Support the new roll out of servicing SEA & SA from Taicang. Respond to stock and lead enquiry from Sales & Dealers, process customer POs and follow up with shipping. Supervise daily operations of C/S Export team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Establish an efficient and smooth service model to SEA & SA(India) from Taicang.
2. Timely process customer POs in JDE system and follow up with shipping arrangements.
3. Book sample orders per request within budget and follow up with shipping.
4. Ensure the availability & compliance of all transport, billing & Customs documents.
5. Follow up payment status and customer credit.
6. Communicate with both internal departments and dealers to ensure all related issues, customer orders, forecast, RMA, complaint, and other requirements can be taken care of and resolved in timely and efficient manner.
7. Evaluate the justification of specific /extra requests related to sales and commercial activities, including but not limited to RMA, order expediting, exemption of small order upcharge /other charges and non-regular shipment requests. Escalate the justified ones and get a proper solution, with both customer experience and factory interests taken into consideration.
8. Set up monthly calls with commercial team to address complaints, issues, and other topics. Build and track relevant action plans to address improvement areas.
9. Implement the best practice of OTC process of export and continually improve the process.
10. Oversees, leads and develops Customer Service employees in the team. Providing regular performance related feedback.
11. Act as an escalation point for the Customer Service Coordinator to provide support for any issues resolution

Job Qualifications:

6. Bachelor’s degree of International Trading or English.
7. Good English writing and speaking are must
8. Basic SCM & customer service knowledge, proficient in Office software operation, JDE usage is an advantage.
9. Familiar with export business and all the relevant docs.
10. Customer Service background, 5 ~8 years working experience in multi-national companies, team leading experience is a plus.
