主要职责(Main Responsibilities):
• 招聘员工
Recruiting/Staffing
o 确保所有招聘要求符合业务需求计划,协助各部门招聘有竞争力的应聘者
To ensure all the recruitment requirement accord with business requirements planning, and cooperation with every department to recruit competitive candidates.
o 监督协调工作:浏览应聘者简历、参与面试及介绍;联系相关部门进行招聘工作;制作招聘广告并跟踪招聘情况;安排入职前体检
Coordinate and Supervise: Job applications and maintaining CV’s to include assistance with interviews & inductions; Liaise, process and utilize agencies on recruitment issues; Placing advertisements on the intranet & daily newspapers and its follow-up; Arranging pre-employment medical tests as required.
o 监督员工试用期工作情况
Coordinate and supervise probation performance.

o 根据公司当地薪资调查报告,进行薪资调整
Assess local market through surveys and networking, analyzing results, making recommendations for changes including structure design.

Participate in designing programs to develop competitive reward system, and compensation & Benefits system.
o 监督并执行员工薪资及时有效发放
Supervise and execute payroll in an efficient and timely manner.
o 根据相关法律内容,及时更新相关业务文件
Maintain professional development & knowledge of related legislation and agreements and how it applies to business issues.
o 确保员工个人信息与法律要求一致,并更新员工档案记录
Make sure the personnel files are in compliance with applicable legal requirements and records of employee are up-to-date.

Employee Relations
o 向公司管理层及员工传达各种人事政策、程序、法律政策及政府法规规范
Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
o 负责员工之间的关系
Responds to employee relations issues such as employee grievance.
o 处理争议仲裁事件
Input in dispute and arbitration cases.
• 绩效考核管理
Performance Management
o 负责员工年度绩效考核
Responsible for employee annual performance review.
o 确保管理工作顺利执行,并给予一定建议
Ensure smooth Performance Management Process and provide recommendations.
• 培训发展
Training and Development
o 设计并传达培训计划来满足公司、部门及个人的发展需要
Design and deliver programs to meet the development needs of individuals, teams and the organization.
o 与各部门共同协作,对员工能力差距、工作需求、员工操作问题、现有培训项目的分析识别培训发展需求
Cooperate with department leader to analyze competency gap, job requirements, operational problems, plans, forecast and current training program to identify training and development needs.
o 确保培训质量
Make sure implementation of training plan at quality level.
• 行政管理
Administrative Management
o 确保所有实际活动符合法定安全条例
Make sure all the practice are compliance with statutory safety rules and regulations.
o 负责公司内、外部所有行政相关事宜
Supervisor and input on general administrative management.

资格要求(Qualifications):
•本科以上行政管理相关专业
University degree in Administrative management or related field
•8年以上人力资源工作经验,有3年以上人力资源管理经验
Min of 8 years of HR work experience, 3 years’ working experience in HR management.
•有良好的人际关系与沟通技巧
Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills
•较高的敬业及保密意识
Engagement and confidential sense
•有工作独立性、同时具备团队合作精神
The ability to work independently and team work spirit.
