1. 制定及实施指定销售区域的销售策略,确保达成销售及利润目标。
Develop and implement sales tactics for assigned region that ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability.
2. 通过各种渠道发展开发新客户的线索。
Develop leads to potential new customers through various sources.
3. 通过客户会议等方式拓展生意机会渠道、开发新客户等,扩展公司的客户群。
Grow the company’s customer base through opening new accounts and develop a pipeline of opportunities through regular client meetings.
4. 负责指定区域内已有客户的业务,维护客户关系及满意度。
Take care of existing customer business in assigned region, maintain customer relationship and satisfaction.
5. 分析并理解客户的需求,并提供最能满足客户要求的产品和服务。
Analyze and understand customer’s business needs and provide products and services best fit customer requirements.
6. 协调公司技术、生产、服务等部门妥善履行已签署的销售合同,并确保客户按时支付款项。
Coordinate company technical, production, and service resources to properly execute signed sales contracts, and ensure customer make payment in time.
7. 通过提供杰出的支持,并作为深受信任的顾问,在整个销售过程中引导客户。
Lead customers through the sales process as trusted advisor and by providing outstanding support.
8. 深入理解客户的产品、服务、销售目标及策略、定价、交付安装政策及上述实践,以期恰当回应客户的要求。
Maintain thorough knowledge of the Client’s products/services, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery/installation policies and practices to be able to respond properly to customer requests.
9. 维护公司客户关系管理系统,保证所有的价格、销售行为、客户数据、机会等数据记录的准确。
Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales activities, customer data, opportunities, etc. via company CRM system.
10. 准备并提交准确的、更新的销售预测。
Manage and ensure accurate and updated sales forecast.
11. 向销售总监报告所负责区域的销售活动及业绩。
Report sales activities and performance for assigned market to sales director.
12. 确保遵守所有相关的法律法规要求。
Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
13. 完成上级及公司交办的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and company.
