Job description:
• Cooperate with the stakeholders like production, quality, technical and so on to fulfil daily work.
• Leads and manages new project. Coordinate internally with colleague and HQ Germany or external customers and suppliers to make sure the project goes smoothly.
• Coaches and guides operators.
• Process design. Work with technical department for a professional assembly solution and quality control process. Design the necessary fixtures and toolings.
• New equipment sourcing and qualifying.
• Lean production management and CIP.
• Support on quality control.
• Documentation work, like CP/WI/FMEA and so on.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree, majored in electrical & mechanical or related.
• Good English in reading writing and speaking.
• 2 years working experience on related fields.
