Gerneral Purpose：Increase the capacity of facility team to full fill the requirement of new projects of infrastructure and new fire extinguishing requirement from government. / 增加厂务团队产能以应对新得基建项目及政府新的消防要求

1.Regular maintenance of building and affiliates / 厂房结构及附属设施的日常维护
2.Maintenance and repire the facility equipments, e.g. air conditionor, compressor, pumps etc. / 厂房设备计划性保养及维修，如空调，空压机，各类泵等的
3.Maintenance of power facilities / 电设施日常维护保养
4.Regular inspection and maintenance of fire distinguishing equipment / 消防灭火系统设施的日常巡检及维护
5.Standby for emergencies / 对于紧急故障能随时待命
6.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

1.Certification of high voltage is preferred / 高压电工证优先
2.Certification of fire extinguishing equipment operating is preferred / 消防设施操作员证优先
3.Hands on mechanical and electrical skills / 有机械及电气动手能力
4.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.
5.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具备独立应对问题的能力, 思维开放,富有团队合作意识.
