1）Assist Maintenance manager to develop and improve all the equipment management document, tracking and implement.
2）Develop and implement preventive maintenance plan, solve all problem with high efficiency, ensure the production smoothly.
3）Daily work arrangement and personnel management.
4）Training and direct maintenance technician, improve team’s maintenance skill.
5）Spare parts management
6）Keep the work area 5S.
7）The job holder maybe required to carry out additional tasks that have not been specified in the JD to achieve the overall purpose of the job.
8）TPM implementation
9）Follow up laws, regulations and HSE rules, attend HSE activity and training timely, follow position HSE requirement(Refer to Safety Responsibility Commitment)
1）制定和完善各项设备管理文档并跟踪落实。
2）组织和落实预防性维护计划，及时高效的解决所有的设备问题， 保证生产的平稳运行。
3）日常工作安排和人员管理
4）培训和指导维修技术员， 改善团队的维修技能。
5）备件管理
6）做好维修现场和工作场所的5S。
7）为达成工作的整体目标而完成一些未在JD中详细定义的工作
8）推行TPM
9) 遵守国家法律法规及公司相关HSE规章制度， 参与HSE活动与培训，履行本岗位HSE要求（见安全责任承诺书）
