工作描述:
1. 在销售人员取得销售合同后(包括进口设备)后,全面负责合同的实施,确保项目按照合同规定顺利实施,按时完成。
Be responsible for the implementation of the contract (including imported), to ensure the smooth operation of the project in accordance with the provisions of the contract, and completed on time.
2. 与德国总部项目管理人员联系,对所有项目图纸、文体有项目图纸、文件在发给客户前进行检查,发现问题或不明之处及时澄清或更正。
Responsible for all communications with the project manager at head quarter, check all drawings and documentation, correct mistakes and clarify all unclear issues before sending to customer.
3. 项目进度管理,定期了解设备制造情况,对可能发生的延期交货情况,向销售和领导发出预警。
Project management. Updating the status for the equipment manufacturing, informing the sales representative and manager of any foreseeable delivery delay in advance.
4. 负责与客户项目人员联系,对客户提出的疑问、建议等及时与总部并及时回应处理。
Responsible for all communications with the client's project manager, ensuring timely correspondence to answer any questions or concerns regarding the project after confirming with the headquarter.
5. 负责联系协调用户设备安装及计划调试时间,及时向总部报告做好人员安排。
Responsible for contact and coordination of equipment installation and commissioning plan, and report to head quarter for personnel arrangement.
6. 维护好用户的良好合作关系。如遇到有任何合同中未列明的事项处理,及时与销售人员联系。
Developing and maintaining a good relationship with customers; contact the sales timely should any issues arise unclear in the contract.
7. 负责审阅和保存采购工作的文件,并对其归档和良好保存。
Review, file and keep purchasing documentation in a good manner.
8. 其他公司交办事项。
Other matters assigned by company.
