1、Responsible for different works for assembly team as a    team leader

2、Disposition the work force in the team to achive the team target every day.
            调配装配线的装配能力以期完成当天的团队目标；
3、Carry out    fPS in the team    as a team leader
            作为团队领导在其团队里贯彻慧鱼流程系统 ；
4、Implment CIP activities in workshop as assistant of production manager.
协助生产经理在车间推行持续改善活动。
5、Determine the fine assembly plan in assembly line according to the Kanban system, disposition the work force properly to fulfill it.
按照看板系统确定装配线的详细生产计划, 合理配置人员完成计划.
6、Training and leader the assembly employee.
对装配员工进行培训及技术上的领导.
7、Maintain the qualification board , qualify the assembly employee with qualification grade according to the qualification process
资格板的管理, 按照鉴定过程对装配员工资格等级进行鉴定.
8、Monitor    and ensure the standards in assembly are followed.
监督并确保装配上的标准是被遵守的.
9、Adjust equipment/device    according technical regulation
按照技术规范调试设备/装置 (安装调试图，图纸等)
10、Monitor and check the equipment/device are maintained    according the maintaince plan
监督和检查设备/装置是否按照维修保养计划进行保养.
11、Make sure that production productivity are achieved during project rump up. Ensure all improved measures in assembly are implement.
确保在项目爬坡阶段达到生产率。确认所有装配上的改进措施被实施.
12、Analysis the failures from Parato trolley and make the action plan.
分析帕拉图车上的缺陷次品, 提出改善对策.
13、Monitor and check the 5S in workshop as a leader.
作为团队领导监督和检查生产现场5S活动
14、 Moreover the Employee can do other work, according to instructions much by their chief,head, char-acter or other GM.
