工作职责：
1.负责在ERP系统中创建采购订单，下达给相关供应商，创建交付计划
Create purchasing order in ERP, release to business partner and create delivery schedule
2.负责与供应商日常沟通协调，及时与生产计划部门沟通最新的物料交付计划
Responsible for daily communication with business partners, update latest delivery plan with production planning
3.能够处理订单处理过程中的异常情况，或将无法及时处理的情况向主管汇报
Able to handle abnormal situation during PO life cycle, escalate to supervisor when problem cannot be solved
4.准时发送到货预报，协调仓库收货
Send out delivery notice and coordinate inbound with warehouse
5.及时处理质检后的不良品，及时反馈返工状态以确保订单的准时完成
Handle NC parts , responsible for returned order and keep them on time delivery.
6.及时对账，申请付款
Reconciliation on time and apply for payment
7.按时对外发加工产品的数量进行盘点
Regular outsourced stock check
8.适应较多频次的现场督产

岗位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历
College degree or above
2. 至少拥有2年或以上采购经验，快消品及定制品佳
At least 2 years’ working experience in purchasing, FMCG and customized products industry preferred
3. 精通微软办公软件的使用（Excel,Word,PPT等）
Proficient MS skills SAP或ERP使用经验
