To participate in the Continuous Improvement Management System;

•Bachelor degree or above majored in material or mechanical engineering or related
•Ideally 3 years above experience in the same function with the automotive industry, preferably in a multinational company
•Practical experiences in a wide range of products and technologies with technical, and manufacturing know-how
•English is a plus;
•A strong communicator, who is self-motivated and organized and a quick learner with strong team spirit
•Willing to travel domestically
