工作描述:
Take charge of all HR and Administration issues to support company business expanding, assistant management to improve manpower capacity and efficiency.
Area I: Human Resource Work
1、Formulation, revise and implement company HR policy and regulation, constantly inform and explain to employees related information. Pay attention to new regulations, report to GM with professional advice, push relevant policy of company adjusted accordingly.
2、Assist GM to prepare human resources planning, compensation and appraisal system upgrading, to make sure employment qualified with company business developing.
3、Recruiting issues, include prepare plan, manage channels, organize, CV evaluate, act as the contactor with HR agencies and candidates, setup appraisal solution, interview, screening, offer processing, employment and termination formality services to incoming and outgoing.
4、Salary, bonus and IIT calculating and declaration, checking employees original record, update or set up database.
5、Social insurance and house fund calculating and declaration, such as employment registration/termination, social security and house fund a/c transfer, update social insurance (including housing funds) annually when it will be noted.
6、Organize Training issue, include prepare training plan, supervise application and contracting, schedule monitoring and filing, and certificate register, etc.
7、Organize Appraisal issue, include prepare solution, follow and update, reward and punishment, etc.
8、Indicating and reporting of malpractices in organization as well as personnel related deficiencies.
9、Responsible for keeping good relationship with related authorities and enterprises.
Area II: Administration Work Management
1、Responsible for canteen, water and power, office supplies, office facility and repair, environment manage-ment.
2、Organize annual employee physical checking.
3、Coordinate visa, hotel and pickup service.
4、Employee travelling arrangement, include air / train ticket, hotel, etc., review travelling reimbursement.
5、Organize company Telephone, Fax and Mobile phone service.
6、Responsible for organizing the teaming building, public activities or celebration.
7、Take charge related filing, include contract and work documentation.
