Job Summary
This position provides 1st level support to all users.    The IT Engineer tracks and monitors IT fixed asset and support superior in daily task and projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities
·                Provide 1st level IT support to all users.
·                Immediately escalate 2nd level support to superior.
·                Check service desk system frequently and distribute tasks to related employees.
·                In charge of printer management especially office printer and zebra printer.
·                Execute the IT fixed asset management process.
·                Execute the user management process.
·                Immediately report violations of corporate rules, guidelines or local policies to IT Manager directly.
·                Support superior in the areas of daily task, projects.
·                And any other tasks as assigned by superior.

Education
College of computer science or related major
