工作描述：
- Test all the controller (include integrated and external, also the third-party controller) in the lab;
- Test motor performance and make the test reports according to customer requirement;
- Equipment maintenance for test center;
- Visit customer together with sales;
- Take over the third-party test outside;
- Support R&D to finish the 2D/3D drawing demand which from sales or internal projects
- Manage and follow up the projects. Cooperate with different parties to ensure a high quality and timely accomplishing new projects.
Support
- Support the daily work for IT business;
- Support the daily work internal if necessary;
Team Cooperation
- Coordinate the relative cooperation of TCC and other departments;
- Test motor performance and make the test reports according to customer requirement;

1. Professional Skills
- Good communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Strong execution for internal and external
- Mechanical design knowledge or mechanical automation knowledge, with DC motor and controller knowledge as priority.
2. Soft Skills
- Be able to use 3D / 2D software for mechanical design
- Knowledge of MS Office required (ex. Word, Excel)
- Good communication ability, team spirt, self motivated, studious, be good at leaning.
- Ability to work independently or with a team to reach the targets
- IT knowledge. National computer rank exam lever 3 certificate (PC technique) preferred.
