职位描述：
1.Regular communicate with customers for knowing customer needs; Assist superior to leading for any commercial contracts negotiation；and also show the capabilities of independence management;
2.Obtain customer needs and demands to feedback to the plants (incl. all regular forecasting);
3.Individual follow up quotation from RFQ till closing;
4.Develop and maintain assigned Accounts/Customers;
5.Assist superior to prepare sales plans, strategies and budgets;
6.Execute the agreed sales plans & strategies according to approved budgets;
7.Other departmental works assigned by superior;
8.Build and manage an account management team (members from various department) to achieve required account strategies;
任职资格：
1.University graduated， preferred in engineering or polymer;
Fluent in speaking and written English (with CET6 or above) and Mandarin (Chinese);
Fluent in German is plus;
2.At least 5 years sales experience;
With manufacturing experience in plastic injection molding & tooling is preferred;
