工作描述:
1.Receive commercial requests (order demands) from both internal and external customers for spare parts; repair service; and other aftersales products via email; hotline; web shop; and other communication channels.
2.Follow after customers’ commercial requests to create SAP documents including quotations; sales orders; purchasing orders; delivery notes and billings.
3.Control and monitor the lead time and progress of commercial orders. Escalate delayed cases on time to regulated team leaders and managers.
4.Communicate and feedback information with either customers or suppliers efficiently and properly when needed.
5.Follow up with customer overdue payments initiatively and take dunning methods to chase back overdue payments in scheduled time frame.
6.Contribute to raising customer satisfaction by good communication with customers and dealing with complaints properly.
7.Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
