销售Sales:
1. 日常销售业务及完整销售流程:查询库存、制定销售订单、向客户发送销售订单以确认、确认ERP系统中的包装流程、制作快递清单(如需出口则安排船期及相关单据)、制作交货单(装箱单/发票)及任何相关单据(FORM E等)、跟进售后问题
Be responsible for daily regular business and complete sales process: check stock - make sales order - send sales order to customer for confirmation - make packing course in ERP system - make express list(arrange shipping and documents for exporting) - make delivery documents(packing list/invoice) or any relevant documents (FORM E) – take care of warranty cases
2. 定制弹簧业务:与客户沟通采集设计所需所有数据、内部沟通取得图纸及报价、将图纸和销售订单发送给客户确认、安排生产计划,并将计划发送到生产部,确保交期并准备交货文件(装箱单/发票)
Taylor made springs business: Communicate and collect all the needed data for designs - communicate internally to have drawings and quotation ready - send the drawings and sales order to customers for confirmation - arrange production plan and send the plan to production department – make sure of the delivery date and make delivery documents( packing list/invoice)
3. 工业弹簧业务:如JML,分析产品的成本,并计算产品的价格。
Industry springs like JML orders. Analyze the cost of the products and calculate the price for them.
4. 制作销售日报及月报,制作上级要求的其他报表。
Make daily and monthly sales reports, make the reports according to the superiors’ requests.
5. 搜集行业、客户信息,及时向上级汇报。
Collect the industry and customer’s information, and report to the superior.
6. 客户维护:定期与客户进行沟通、维护良好的供销关系,提供优质服务、鼓励客户订货。
Customer maintenance: to communicate regularly with customers to build up a good supplying and purchasing relationship, to offer premium service and encourage the customers to order more.
7. 参与展会、活动、客户培训等销售场合,代表公司展示品牌及产品。
Participate in sales occasions such as shows, events, trainings etc., to represent Eibach brand and products.
8. 上级安排的其他工作
Other tasks assigned from superior.
生产Production:
1. 每月制定生产计划和采购计划,然后与总经理进行沟通确认。
Make the production plan and purchase plan every month, and then talk this with the GM.
2. 根据计划制定生产订单。将采购清单发送给采购人员进行采购。
Make production orders according to the plan. Send the purchase list to Stella for purchasing.
3. 更新交货期及生产周期,统计生产流程数据,为生产部门提供相应的数据分析。
Update the delivery date and production cycle, calculate the production process data, and provide the corresponding data analysis for the production department.
物流Logistics:
1. 每月制定艾巴赫德国、美国公司的运输计划。
Make shipping plan of HE and ENA every month.
2. 制作海外客户的所有出口单据。
Make all the export documents of all the oversea customers.
任职要求:
Qualifications:
1. 大专以上销售、市场、商务或相关专业,3年以上外企销售、市场、客户服务经验,有制造业、汽车行业相关知识或工作经验更佳。
University graduate with financing or related profession, more than 3 years’ experience of sales, Marketing and customer service in foreign company. Have knowledge or work experience in manufacturing and automotive industry.
2. 有销售、采购、生产计划进出口经验者优先考虑
Experience in the area of sales, purchasing, production plan, import and export is preferred
3. 拥有良好的沟通技巧
Have stronger communication skills
4. 熟练应用微软OFFICE办公软件,熟悉金蝶、SAP等ERP系统。
Be familiar with Microsoft OFFICE, Kingdee and SAP ERP system.
5. 有强烈客户服务意识的独立的工作能力
Ability to work independently with a strong awareness of customer service
6. 流利地英语说、写能力
Excellent English in speaking and writing
7. 团队合作精神、灵活性和抗压能力强
Team player qualities, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
8. 有驾照(有信心在高速公路上驾驶)
Driving license (confident to drive on the highway)
9. 有机动性(支持在国内的商务出差)
Mobility (support the business travel within China)
