工作描述:
You will report to the GM (Marketing & Eco-system) in Taicang and assist him to manage the Marketing Function to implement brand management strategies and key messages of the company internally and externally. You will need to be well equipped with digital marketing and communication skills as it is essential to your daily operations and planning.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and developing various internet and social channels in line with the strategy of the company; implementing and managing marketing and communications with key internal and external stakeholders (employees, partners, clients and media); developing both offline and online communications materials (brochures, newsletters, and website) and projects. You will ultimately be responsible for meeting marketing KPIs and creating brand awareness.

1. Working with colleagues in MarTech and enjoying the most advanced marketing development technology and skills.
2. Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/PR mission, goals and objectives.
3. Drive marketing initiatives and related activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
4. Assist the GM to formulate digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM and ensure effective implementation of digital marketing programs/campaigns that serve our regional goals and business objectives
5. Measure and report performance of all marketing activities and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
6. Keep informed of developments in the fields of digital marketing, communications and public relations, and the specific business of the company and use this information to help the company operate with initiative and innovation.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor or master in marketing/digital marketing, communications, or business related.
2. At least 3 years experiences in marketing communication and content development; experience in professional or consulting field is preferred.
3. Highly energetic and passionate about digital marketing and brand management.
4. Strong in following competencies: Planning and Organizing, Decision Making, Business Acumen, Innovation, Driving for Results, Compelling Communication.
5. Ability to create brand exposure digitally
6. Experience in overseeing the design and development of print, video and digital materials; Computer literacy in video/audio editing, data base management and page layout. Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
7. Able to converse professionally in English and Chinese.
8.Has exeperienced of Marketing Automation tools is plus.
