2.协调MSD(制造系统设计)流程，确保制造系统策划得到有效执行；
Facilitate MSD(Manufacturing System Design) process to ensure 4M well planned during process planning phase.
3.基于新项目相关工艺及新设备的变化，规划合理的工厂及产线布局；
Develop Plant Layout based on new program machine and process information.
4.支持新产线或新设备设计审议，确保产线及设备满足人机工程及安全要求；
Support new production line and machine design review to ensure machine meet ergonomic and safety requirement.
5.支持新项目MQ1&MQ2验收，确保产线满足MSD等要求；
Support new program MQ1(supplier site)&MQ2(MAHLE site) acceptance to ensure new production line meet MSD requirement.
6.新项目物流/信息流系统设计以便实现流动性生产，例如实施生产看板及取料看板系统；
Design and maintain new program material flow system to better adapt flow manufacturing including establishing production/withdrawal KANBAN system.
7.释放新项目最终版标准作业文件，并建立新项目标准Routing数据库；
Release new program standardized work documents and create new program standard routing database.
8.支持及协调新项目量产后规定时间内满足MSD（CT&人力）要求。
Support and facilitate manufacturing system improvement to ensure new launches meet MSD(CT & manpower) requirement.
9.基于新项目的需求变更更新工厂5年产能分析。
Maintain five years period long term annual capacity analysis per change of new acquisitions.
