Department: Production Coil
Reports to: Director / Head of Production Coil

Tasks
• Responsible for production according to plan. Daily deviation management. E.g. Output, scrapped rate, efficiency… Solve the problem and improve production more and more stable.
• CIP. Future orientation planning of projects to improve output, quality, cost.
• Management of production team, evaluation, development and training and motivation of shift leaders and operators. Monitor shop floor people working according to standard, process discipline and working discipline.
• Work shop management. Keep equipment, layout, material, products in order. 5S implementation and eliminate waste.
• Coordinate with the related departments Requirements.

Requirements
• University or higher, majored in engineering. Majored in business, management related is acceptable if much experience in production management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 3 years management experience in comparable position.
• Good knowledge and skill of lean production tools.
• Strong communication skills and team work.
• Target and result oriented, execution and hands on mentality.
