•    Organize and schedule training for production technician, update skill matrix when necessary.组织和安排生产部的培训，维护skill matrix

•    Junior graduate or equivalent.大专或相当学历。
•    Good English skills, basic oral and written ability.英语良好,能基本的读写能力。
•    Technical and engineering or EBM&SBM working experience background.技术或工程背景或是有吹塑工作经验优先。
•    Good at process control and technique training.熟悉工艺控制和培训。
